Who we are
MKM is an independent strategy and organisational advisory practice. This notice explains how information you share through this website is used, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, work email address, and your telephone number and role if you choose to give them. We also keep your message, the service or clinic you selected, the page you came from and the date and time of the enquiry. For speaking enquiries we also keep the event details you provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, respond to you and suggest an appropriate next step. We do not collect payment details through this website. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored on infrastructure controlled by MKM and is visible only to authorised MKM administrators. It is not shared with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as they are needed to respond to you and manage the resulting relationship, or as the law requires. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Cookies
The public pages of this website set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when MKM administrators sign in to manage the site.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
